Louvre & Les Halles

The Louvre, a former royal residence and home to Mona Lisa. Perhaps the world´s greatest art museum. It´s like a palace within the city with grandiose architecture and the Holy Grail for art lovers.  The entrance is the famous glass pyramid by IM Pei.

Forum des Halles is an underground shopping center, entertainment, and culture. It used to be a food – and meat market but that has moved suburb of Ringis. No fun at all but better things will eventually come! By 2012 the whole area will have a new landscaping.
